Ultracoustics is integrating the BROADSONIC optical ultrasonic sensor into Ecoclean's UCMPerformanceLine, extending Acoustic Performance Measurement into the megahertz range for semiconductor wafer cleaning. Funded by Alberta Innovates, with support from Technology Development Advisor Mike Riou.
